 Andra brings over a decade of international experience at the intersection of consulting, banking, and technology. She has held senior roles with global firms including SAP, KPMG, EY, and Deutsche Bank, and has served as Lead Solutions Architect within the Innovation Labs of IBM UK and Lloyds Banking Group. Her work focuses on driving digital transformation and designing future-ready financial infrastructures.

Andra holds a BA in Political Science and French from the University of Bucharest, an MBA from London Business School, and has recently completed a PhD in Urban Science at the University of Warwick. Her research explores the architecture of everyday banking, financial services infrastructure, open banking, and access to banking—alongside broader interests in the green economy and climate finance.
